Take the 2 far ends of one bread part and fold making an envelope. Secure with a toothpick. Bake at 180C for 5 minutes or until the edges turn golden. Let them cool before removing the toothpicks. Fill each bread envelope with cream cheese, a small piece of lettuce, a rolled slice of smoked salmon, and some fresh dill.
