Let this be a sign to revisit old hobbies that made you happy again. It’s been too long since I’ve painted just for the sake of painting and not for anyone else but me. I miss this feeling. Genuinely there’s nothing else in the world that just puts me into the zone like painting does, and not to mention the gratification that I feel after completing a painting and being happy with it. I’m gonna try to push myself to make at least one drawing or painting a week, and I encourage you to do a hobby at least once a week. I also challenged myself to create things I don’t normally make, like I did today because I never and I mean never paint faces so this was the first time I ever actually did a portrait with acrylic, and I’m really happy I tried. Btw that was not the finished product, I spent a few more hours on it later and I’ll show you guys it soon! Also don’t say anything about my hair bc the more fuck a$$ my outfit and hair looks, the better the painting turns out.
