the law in Poland says, that polisk citizen need to use polish documents. Mia is polish by blood so yes, that is right. however, its up to the airport staff if they will let her leave the country.

Ja latam z moim synem na brytyjskim paszporcie od 5 lat. Żadnych problemów nigdy nie mieliśmy a polskiego dokumentu nie ma :)

My son has British passport and I was told to always travel with birth certificate with both parents name on it. There was no any additional documents required.

no true. Get her English passport and she doesn't need to have polish passport ever if you don't want to get one for her.

My daughter’s dad is Polish, I’m English. We got her a British passport straight away and haven’t bothered with the Polish one, she doesn’t need it. We live in UK and visited Poland few times now

My daughter has English passport and English Surname for 15 years we never had any problem going to Poland and back .She just needs to have her birth certificate and all her documents .

We traveled with my son, his dad is Scottish and I am Polish, Michael has only British passport and nobody ever asked us for any Polish documentation for him

I don’t agree with you at all ! My son ( born in Uk - with only British passport) was travelling with us to Poland and back till he was 6yo . When he was 7 we got him Polish ID . End of the story

Ja byłam w urzędzie z przetłumaczonym aktem urodzenia, Polski akt otrzymałam na drugi dzień, jeżeli będziesz sama Natalia to możesz wyrobić odrazu Polski dowód, na paszport potrzeba obojga rodziców.

We just flew to Poland with my little boy. He’s got a British passport and I’m Polish. We didn’t have to do anything and we came home just fine!

Ja leciałam z synkiem 4 miesięcznym na brytyjskim paszporcie i jak wracaliśmy z Polski do Anglii to wystarczy ze pokaże ze aplikowała w Polsce o dowód osobisty i czeka tylko na jego odebranie (1)

Paper work for baby should be done within one day , it has happened to me as baby’s father is Welsh, baby can travel on uk passport same as on Polish
