hate having this done but I've never missed one. definitely more uncomfortable than painful but definitely worth having it done. I've been lucky to have normal results everytime.

If your test in painful, you can ask them to change the size of the speculum as it may be too big. Also, if you’re tense it’s most likely to hurt more. Try and relax and take deep breaths 💕
