You not only deserve rest but it is essential to providing safe care to your baby. I remember being so sleep deprived I was scared to drive and felt like I was going insane. Accepting help is smart.

My baby was left at 7 weeks. He’s two and has around 8 sleepovers. It saved me as someone who struggles with mental health. I pumped my milk. He has the best relationship with grandparents ever

I had no village & a newborn in Covid lockdown. I had the most horiffic PPD. Taking care of mum takes care of baby too. Let’s stop shaming mums. Her baby was being well looked after by a loved one.

Good for you mamma👏 you need a rest too! I let my son have his first sleepover at 10 days old. After not sleeping a solid night for almost 3 weeks- I earned a break! He’s 3.5 now and thriving soo👀

The mum shaming here is just insane, both mine first slept out from 5 weeks, I trust both Nana’s. It takes a village, some of us are very lucky to have that no need to shame people x
