aesthetic delight 🩷💚 Ingredients: Raspberry Layer: 300g raspberries, 1 pack of raspberry jelly. Apple Layer: 200g apples, 1 pack of apple-flavored jelly. Milk Layer (Reduced): 200ml milk, 130ml 20% cream, 35-40g sugar, 1 packet of vanilla sugar, 7g gelatin. Additional: A small amount of chia seeds for garnish. Preparation: 1.	First Layer (Raspberry): Prepare the raspberry jelly according to the package instructions and let it cool to room temperature. Pour a small amount into the bottom of a glass and let it set. Then, add a layer of raspberries and pour jelly until the glass is half full (to prevent the berries from floating). Once set, pour the remaining jelly to fully cover the raspberries. Refrigerate until completely firm. 2.	Milk Layer: Soak gelatin in 3-4 tablespoons of milk and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until it swells. In a separate pot, heat the remaining milk and cream over low heat, add sugar and vanilla sugar, and stir until fully dissolved (do not boil). Remove from heat, add the swollen gelatin, and stir until completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool to room temperature before pouring it over the set raspberry layer. Refrigerate until firm. 3.	Apple Layer: Cut apples into small cubes. Prepare the apple-flavored jelly according to the instructions and let it cool to room temperature. Place the apples on top of the milk layer, then carefully pour the cooled apple jelly over them. Allow it to set completely in the refrigerator. 4.	Final Layer: Once the apple layer is set, pour a thin layer of milk jelly. Wait for it to firm up, then finish with a final layer of raspberry jelly without fruit (make sure it has cooled to room temperature before pouring). Sprinkle a little chia seeds on top. Refrigerate for 2-4 hours. Before serving, you can garnish with fresh berries or mint leaves. Enjoy!
