Honestly, that's just a loading corridor. Technically, you can walk between locations. Is that better than a loading screen? Does it matter?

Nah, there was a loading screen. They just hide it with an intermediary zone. Ie that cave.

Not to correct you but I just think it’s a cool fact. But tht tunnel you go through to get between locals *is* the loading screen. During tht, it despawns the previous locale and spawns in the new one

Load in times are insane I've been boundary breaking and when you fall through eventually you load into vase camp and on PS5 it's legitimately a 1 or 2 second load in.
