Automotive is the ONLY trade where people act this way on an every day basis. Most HVAC, Plumbers, Electricians all charge a fee to just show up. God forbid a technician needs to get paid lmao

I dropped off my truck for an oil leak. Paid the deductible & got home & it’s still leaking. They fixed A leak. Now they want me to pay the deductible a 2nd time to fix another leak.

1/2 Y’all clearly didn’t hear him say “you may not have to pay the diag fee”. The customer paying is literally a deposit incase it’s not covered. Like he said, an uncovered part or rodent damage.
