Ok but if they actually fit you and are comfortable then just tailor them! Get them made into a straight cut like just take in the fabric on the sides of the legs if possible!

I have a similar hourglass shape and the baggy pants look insane on me I’ve tried so many different cuts. A straight wide leg pant sized up & mid rise will lay much better on someone w a full hip.
