honestly. if it works, it works. as long as you get these pins to line up and go in. it's going to work and sometimes soldering them back on is also an option and a horrible chore.

i believe most modern chips have redundancy pins so if one falls off its not enough to fully break the chip

i had this happen on my first build. the pin broke off completely. that pin turned out to be a grounding pin, so no power. so I looked where that pin would go in the mother board and just dropped in
