I know there are different causes, but every adult or child I know that has add or ADHD suffered severe trauma as a kid, including myself. EVERY single one.

I take pre and probiotics and haven’t eaten sugar for a year or other inflammatory foods… still have severe depression and terrible memory .. don’t know what else to do?
