The base it off your personal credit until you establish good business credit. Any credit card will take 6-9 months on the low end to get. Unsecured loans

Yeah I tried this — from EIN all the way to LLC and most loan programs require the business to have been open and operating for atleast 6 months

That’s not the reality I am facing. They ask collateral everywhere I go. I was asked collateral even on community loan fund, a loan program that doesn’t require collateral.

each state is different. in Texas the Secretary of State charges a $300 fee for the LLC plus $8.95 if you pay with card.

You’re leaving out two important things you need liability and work comp to be a business. And when your business is brand new you have no business credit so that’s another hurdle.
