@karissaastevens: 20 Minute Cinnamon Roll Cookies 1.5 sticks butter 3/4 cup white sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 2 tbs heavy cream 1 tsp baking powder 1 cup cake flour 1.25 cups flour Cream together softened butter, sugar, egg and vanilla. Once combined add in heavy cream. Last add in dry ingredients and mix just until all the flour is mixed in. Place dough on a piece of parchment paper and flatten into a rectangle. This doesn’t need to be perfect. Cinnamon Swirl 1 tsp cinnamon 1/3 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup melted butter Mix all ingredients together. Spread mixture evenly across cookie dough. Roll cookie dough into a log and slice into 8 pieces. If you want them to look perfect you could freeze the dough for 20 minutes, but I don’t mind the messy swirl! Place cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 350f for 12-13 minutes. Allow to cool for 5 minutes.
