I have swollen hands I had 2steriod injection in both hands right hand diagnosed as carpal tunnel .both knees swollen and sore 1bakers cyst,painful feet left foot second toe swollen and painful each joint doctor treating I also have back pain and very painful neck please can you suggest anything as doctors say only pain killers
