My boss goes between this and then never speaking to me lol. Like if I ask for help with something hes so happy to help then ghosts me for a week. If I do something wrong I get micromanaged. Like weir

What if I have the opposite problem? My boss never checks in. A whole day will go by and I won’t hear back to see if she got the report I sent. Even if I asked her to let me know if she received it and if there’s any issues. The silent treatment scares me. 😭
