i have the same issues! i have a horeshoe kidney, so that is part of my personal problem, but it is so defeating and frustrating. i recommend D-mannose and probiotics but that is not full proof

Worked for a urologist where ocean spray cranberry juice cocktail and activia yogurt (or any yogurt w/ live active cultures) was recommended to almost every patient both for prevention & relief!

Dude!!!! I’ve been battling a UTI for a few weeks and doctors have started to gaslight me into thinking there’s nothing wrong with me when my symptoms are debilitating. This was so refreshing to hear.
