@petragenco: Here are 4 moves that I used to get my arms from flabby to toned - 1. Bicep Curls - 3 x 15 reps 2. Lateral Raises - 3 x 15 reps 3. Tricep Extensions - 3 x 15 reps 4. Arm Circles - 3 x 30 seconds Do this 3-4 times a week and stay consistent!! 💪🏼🤗
