Dear little Vic, I just want you to know that adult Vic is working so hard one workout at a time to heal your relationship with fitness!! 🫶🏻💪🏻 Because when you were younger movement was never shown to you as self love. It was something you did because you hated your body… because “you needed to be smaller.” I’ll never forget the day dad told you that you had to walk on the treadmill if you wanted to go hang out with your friends. And how much resentment that built in your mind and body when it came to movement. 😡 For so long fitness felt like punishment. 😔 But everything started to change in 2019 when I began redefining what movement actually means to me!! 🫶🏻 Now I move my body as an act of self love. A way to connect, to honor and to take care of myself. And it’s been my lifestyle for the last 7+ years!! 🥹🙌🏻 Over the years I’ve shifted my narrative and learned that movement doesn’t have to look a certain way and it doesn’t have to be intense or exhausting to count! It just has to FEEL GOOD in your body!! 🥰🫶🏻 We’re healing Vic and guess what?! I now get to help other women heal their relationship with movement too!!!! 😭🫶🏻💪🏻 Love, Adult Vic 💕
