Your right. I live right beside watagua river (like 3 mins walking distance) I knew the water was high but it wasn't until my power went out (my wifi had been out all day)

im here it'd horrific! no water, no bread, no can food, no gas, nothing no where! it started so suddenly and got real bad in less than a hour. we woke up to it and no power to hear evacuations or anything! stuck!

Dams need to be rebuilt along with parts of highways and other roads. Then the cities can rebuild with housing and business. I’d rather relocate after being paid out by the insurance companies.
