4-ingredient Pomegranate Pistachio Bark for Day 15 of our Recipe Advent Calendar! 🎄 Here’s a fun little hack for pistachios: if you want them to look super green, pour them into a bowl, cover with boiling water and let sit for a minute or two. After that, the skins should pop right off! This is definitely not essential for this recipe, but the bright green makes it extra festive. RECIPE: POMEGRANATE PISTACHIO CHOCOLATE BARK: ~16-20 servings Ingredients: 10 oz good quality dark chocolate* 10 oz good quality white chocolate* 1/2 cup pomegranate arils 1/2 cup finely chopped pistachios *For the dark and white chocolate, we used @Ghirardelli Chocolate Company melting wafers, which will give you that great snap and shiny, tempered appearance. We do not suggest using chocolate chips. If you don’t have melting wafers, use a bar of chocolate and chop it into small pieces. Directions: Line a quarter sheet pan with parchment paper. Add the chocolate to two microwave safe bowls. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir well, then microwave in 20 second intervals until fully melted, stirring well between each interval. You can also use a double boiler. Pour most of the dark chocolate on the sheet pan, reserving a few spoonfuls, and spread to the edges of the parchment paper. Pour the white chocolate on top, then drizzle the remaining dark chocolate on top (this will give you the best swirls). Drag a toothpick through the chocolate to create a swirled pattern. Immediately top with pomegranate and pistachios, then refrigerate until set. Break into smaller shards using your hands or a knife. We recommend keeping this stored in the fridge! #chocolate #chocolatebark #pomegranate #pistachio #EasyRecipes #christmasrecipe
