Someone once followed my Crispy Air Fryer chicken wings recipe but said that they were disappointed as it didn’t turned out crispy. I was surprised as I never had an issue with that. Once I talked to her in more detail I realized that she had removed all the skin from the chicken wings! So the next time you make the wings and want them nice and crispy make sure NOT TO REMOVE the skin from the wings. It is actually the skin of the wings that gets nice and crispy while baking in the air fryer. Your chicken will be still moist but you will have nice crunch on the outside. Ingredients: 2 lb chicken wings  1/2 tsp Salt  2 tsp black Pepper 1 TBSP oil  Chicken Wings Sauce: 1 TBSP Oil 2 TBSP crushed fresh garlic  2 TBSP sweet chili sauce  1 TBSP soy sauce

Russian Rose Tip Cupcakes Ingredients: * Cupcakes * Buttercream frosting * Piping bag * Russian rose tips (I recommend using Wilton tip #199 or #97) * Food coloring (optional) Instructions: 1. Prepare your cupcakes and allow them to cool completely before decorating. 2. Prepare your buttercream frosting according to your preferred recipe. If you want colored frosting, add a few drops of food coloring and mix until well combined. 3. Fit your piping bag with a Russian rose tip. 4. Fill the piping bag with your buttercream frosting. 5. Hold the piping bag straight up and down, with the wide end of the tip touching the center of the cupcake. 6. Squeeze and release the pressure on the piping bag and pull it away from the cupcake to create a nice peak on the top of the rosette. 7. Repeat the process to create rosettes on all of your cupcakes. Ingredients for American Buttercream: * 1 cup unsalted butter, softened * 4 cups powdered sugar * 1/4 cup heavy cream * 1 tsp vanilla extract * Pinch of salt Instructions: 1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the softened butter until light and fluffy. 2. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time, mixing well after each addition. Continue mixing until all of the powdered sugar has been added and the mixture is well combined. 3. Add the heavy cream, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the mixing bowl. Mix on low speed until everything is well incorporated, then increase the speed to medium and beat for an additional 2-3 minutes. 4. Check the consistency of the frosting. If it's too thick, add a little more heavy cream, a teaspoon at a time, until it reaches your desired consistency. 5. Taste the frosting and adjust the sweetness as needed. If you find it too sweet, you can add a little more butter or a pinch more salt to balance the sweetness. Note: This recipe can be easily adapted to suit your personal preferences. You can add more or less powdered sugar, heavy cream, or butter to adjust the sweetness and consistency to your liking.
