@sunstardavao: A six-year-old Grade 1 #student in #Lupon , #DavaoOriental , tragically passed away following an #accident at #school , where she reportedly fell and struck her head on a #classroom table. Local authorities have announced plans to conduct an #investigation into the incident, pending the findings from the #DepartmentofEducation ( #DepEd ). The child's #mother , known as " #Danica ," disclosed in a report to #Brigada News FM Davao that she was called by the teacher to discuss the accident after it occurred. After returning home, her daughter, referred to as "Thea," complained of a headache and fell asleep while sitting. According to the report, the following morning, the #teacher visited the family's home and urged the #parents to have Thea checked by a doctor.
