You and me both know that you’ve gotta go outside of the perimeter to get great authentic food and this is that kind of place! Checkout @snackboxebistro located in Duluth for a truly authentic Laotian street food experience!! Plenty of parking and great family staff that provided amazing customer service! The menu is great with options ranging from steak to tofu and everything in between!! You’ve gotta try the Laap, which is the National dish of Laos and particularly the flavor here was sooooo delicious!! I was told traditionally they eat it with chicken or beef, but I recommend the pork belly…so tender!! Also the bang bang prawns are really good…I’ve never eaten the shell of the shrimp until now! So tasty.
