First rule if you were handcuffed and they decide that you can’t be prosecuted do not let them take the handcuffs off. Tell them that you were afraid of being shot you would prefer to keep the cuffs on and go to the station. This creates a world of trouble for them as they will now have to explain that they did it an illegal detention.

They basically said do not call if you don’t want to press charges. So there is no peaceful resolution only arrests when @University of Cincinatti PD is on the scene. Good to know
