yup thats me i got i got ratted on about me hitting my vape pen in the dairy cooler but yeah there where no cameras in there so despite the coach who fired me saying there where 2 witnesses like i said no camera proof nor did they record or take a photo pic so to me it becomes hear say i should have gotten another coaching not a termination walmart is straight buttcheeks as far as working there goes they are goofy asf all of management up in there just horrible i mean and workers are overworked and underpaid too period

I never got fired I actually quit. A lot of ppl are getting fired for no reason. Management socks.

Years ago I quit because ever since I told the coach in the most respectful manner that I do not like how she was speaking to me, ever since then she had all the supervisors after me. Now I doubt that I’m able to work at any Walmart anymore they might have put something on my notes to keep Walmart from hiring me

Two of my friends were killed in a car accident when i was fresh out of HS. Every 7-10 carts I’d hear. “Oh their poor mom!” “I heard the older one was on drugs.” “I heard he was drinking when they crashed.” “Wouldn’t be my sons.” And naturally that was too much to handle so they gave me a day off and when that wasn’t the magic cure they said that having an associate randomly sobbing on register multiple times a week was a bad look for the company and they wanted to let me go so i could take time i needed to come to terms with their deaths.

Walmart is very horrible. I wouldn’t recommend no one to work there. No one. On top of that mismanagement & very poor management.👎🏽

I kid you not this Just happened to me! I went from a yellow to orange all bc I didn’t do a pickwalk 30 minutes before my shift ended! What the actual WTF?! 🤬
