He says he won't tax overtime and that is because he hates overtime and Project 2025 eliminates all overtime pay. So you would get the same hourly pay for 12 hour to 60 hours or more.

The truth is, ANY company hates overtime. Even now some don't want to pay overtime by telling you to take time off to offset the ot.
