I mean, a lube tech is the definition of an entry level position. Obviously a little mechanical knowledge is a plus, but every mechanic has to start somewhere.

everybody talks about apprenticeships. idk if it's just my hour radius area but nobody does those. it's always sink or swim or you'll just be a lube tech
