I used to suffer from acid reflux, and here’s how I completely cured it based on my own experience.
My method is extremely simple — it doesn’t require any medication, just an understanding of the mechanism behind the disease.
From what I observed, this condition causes a constant uncomfortable feeling. After eating, the stomach ferments the food, producing gas. That gas can push stomach acid up into the esophagus. The severity of this varies, but over time, the acid damages the esophagus lining, causing burning pain, ulcers, even bleeding (which may appear as black stools). In serious cases, it can even lead to esophageal cancer.
Here’s the method I used: after eating, when I feel the gas starting to push acid upward, I gently release air through my mouth — like slowly releasing pressure from a pressure cooker valve. Just softly exhale little by little until you feel the pressure/gas has been released.
Once the gas is gone, the acid can no longer be pushed up.
I repeated this every time I felt bloated or sensed reflux was about to occur. Over time, the frequency of acid being pushed up decreased, and eventually, the esophagus stopped getting irritated. My symptoms gradually disappeared — no more chest tightness, no more acid burn.
