@petragenco: Losing that stubborn belly can be hard as we get older, but if you try these moves and do them 3-4 times a week, they will definitely help to tighten the stomach. The more you move during the day - the better it will be to start you on that getting leaner journey. Also, make sure you’re more mindful of what you’re eating, and try to stay away from processed foods like take-away meals!! 🤗🤗
These will help me do better…I have a group of exercises but a lot of them are on the floor and I specifically mentioned to my coach I can’t be on the floor because it’s hard on my back…
