It’s the only thing that helped me, I was eating low carb and gluten free already the weight didn’t budge and I tried all of the supplements, I go to a naturopathic doctor, down to a size 6 from a 12

I asked my Gyno recently about inisitol and she went quiet. said she doesn’t really know about it and can’t tell me to take it, But then tells me my blood work looks good now! It’s the supplements!

So, I'm starting metformin because pcos, hypothyroid & perimenopause. I reduced portion size, walk between 4-6,000 steps, cut a lot of foods and only maintained my weight. May have to consider ozempic

I was on a calorie deficit and working out 5-6 days a week with PCOS and only lost a few pounds in 6 months. I’m on zepbound now and have lost 18 pounds in two months, with everything I did initially!
