I stopped smoking 🍃as soon as I found out I was pregnant and I used to smoke about 8-10a day I quit cold turkey as my babies health is all that matters to me there’s no excuse for it’s irresponsible.

my gran smokes in her kitchen, she's desperate to see the baby but I worry so much about it. we visited once and stayed at the other side of the house and asked her not to smoke in the 45 mins (1)

I've always strongly disagreed with co sleeping. Ethan's 3 and even now if we share a bed, I'm so paranoid I'll roll on him or pull the covers up. Breastfeeding also helps reduce the risk, right?

I totally agree with the in tune with your baby when sleeping in the same room. I always seem to wake up naturally in the night to check or if he’s stirred I seem to know. Think we are just hard wired

I wasn't able to fully breastfeed due to her not latching and my supply never increasing enough due to PCOS. she has one to two bottles of breastmilk a day, is this enough to help reduce the risk?
