What about feeding right before nap time, but placing baby in crib awake?

How long does it usually take? My baby is 7 months old. I breastfeed and formula feed. I always nurse her to sleep and she falls asleep so quick. However ever since 4 months old she’s been waking twice a night, 11pm usually and 4am. When she wakes she’s crying hysterically. My husband rocks her to sleep and she can fall asleep that way, but still wakes up crying hysterically (only at night)

Baby is 11 weeks and sleeping 8 hours over night but struggling with naps. I am trying to do 1 1/2. - 2 hr ww but baby will not sleep longer than 45 mins
