Creating soft, fluffy, and beautifully colored donuts requires attention to detail throughout the entire process. ingredients:- milk-220 ml sugar- 50 gm instant dry yeast-10 gram or dry active yeast 5 gram. bread flour-300gm/ and All purpose flour- 100 gm salt- 1/2 tsp plain yoghurt- 2 tbsp(if you want egg in donuts just use -1 whole egg or 3 egg yolks instead of yoghurt) Unsalted butter- 40 gm method:- · In mixing bowl combine milk, sugar, and instant dry yeast. · Stir it until combine everything. · Then add flour, salt and plain yoghurt. · Combine everything, and start to knead the dough. · After 4-5 minute add soft butter and continue to knead the dough until smooth and elastic texture. · Divided and roll each piece of dough into a smooth ball. · Gently press it down. · Leave the dough to proof for at least 2 hours in room temperature. · Once proofing is done, proceed to cut out the donut shapes using a small donut cutter. · Heat the oil over medium heat. · Fry each donut for about 2-3 minutes on one side until golden brown.your donuts are ready… #donuts#donut#donutrecipe#donutday#donuts🍩#donutmedia#theapron#theapron41
