Mummy Calzone * 1-14oz refrigerated pizza dough * 1/2 cup pizza sauce * 1.5 cups mozarella cheese, shredded (1 for base and 1/2 for top) * 1/2 cup of chopped ham * 1 egg, beaten for egg wash * 2 large edible eyes Start by unrolling the dough on a flat surface. Cut 1” strips a quarter into the dough on both sides, leaving the third of the dough still intact in the center. Spread pizza sauce into that area, top with mozarella cheese, ham and finish with more cheese. Start braiding the strips into the center creating a “mummy look” as you see on the video. Brush the beaten egg on top and bake off per can instructions, usually 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
