I'm In Ivory Park and yes 100% doesn't pay for electricity, as long as our electricity is not underground people wil continue to steal it.

They are doing load reduction ko kasi and the villages only. The ANC are learning from the DA, give services only to the monied population and leave the rest to fend for themselves
