My niece had a piggie that got an ear infection and her head stayed tilted for the rest of her life. It never seemed to bother her tho, she was such a sweet happy girl.

I had gotten one of my pigs post-ear infection and she had a tilt for sooooo long. After about a year it was barely noticeable so maybe they just need time to get use to being a bit off balance. : 3
