It could be a herniated disc, I was given lidocaine patches and they definitely make it so I can sleep when I have a flare up which is more rare when I stretch regularly.

See a chiropractor that takes X-rays before they adjust you!! I had the same issue & they did the X-rays & showed some other issues I had!!! Praying you get relief!

I take semaglutide and the only thing that helps my back pain is Robaxin and lidocaine patches. The patches you can get the patches at walmart but robaxin is from a health provider

Try the Therma care heat therapy wrsps, air activated. I feel that pain but the heat helped loosen up my back muscles and on the plus side u can wear them all day.

I have skeletal probs w/my spine. Planks up on your elbows, not for endurance but just for alignment and core building. Also, walking slowly and consistently can help.

Just be careful with biofreeze or anything topical and then using a heating pad. Don’t do it. You’ll get a 2nd degree burn. Ask me how I know 😭

My bestfriend has that since she had her baby and she usually has to get a deep massage in that area and it still comes and goes but it’s a nerve so that’s the cause of the pain down the leg and all

Capsicum patches made by Salonspa hot. It’s orange/ yellow ish packages with green on it. It is sent less and has cayanne pepper in it. It works. Just do not put the patch on after a shower.

Ask your Dr for a Toradol shot. Works wonders for me. I have severe osteoarthritis and six bulging disc along with several other things. Currently having broken pelvis. Life is grand.😅
