I use it as a training tool. The Podcast offers a high-level overview of the topic that is engaging and interesting. Then I use the saved notes to create simple modules and of course the exam that notebook LM creates at the end of the “course”.

Hey Nate, used NotebookLM several days ago. Knee replacement scheduled soon, uploaded notes from ortho appointments and AI suggested goals to be prepared for surgery. Will add xrays soon and will see.

This tool shines when you provide it with several different sources and the "hosts" then integrate them cohesively. Wish we could specify runtime. Some subjects would benefit from longer discussions.
