A while back I began turning my phone & laptop off and putting each in a Faraday bag at night; it changed my life; I sleep much deeper now & actually feel rested in the morning.

I turn off my phone, my iPad & my wifi at night. Get an EMF meter (tri field on Amazon) & measure to make sure your various EMF levels are safe (Electric, Magnetic & RF). Ask me for more info.

Okay hold on a min, last month or so, my entire modem resets multiple times a day. It’s infuriating. I called Roger’s they did a test and said the modem is ok but there is ‘interruptions’ coming in..

The weird things for me is the alarm clock if I wake up b4 my alarm goes off I get a notification to turn it off b4 it goes off on its own like it knows I'm awake!
