I've done that on max speed except held onto the bars for a good 5 8 seconds it took all the skin off the side of my leg

One time I half slipped but caught myself by holding on to the sides. I was scared to let go so I just let my legs flop around at 4mph, and the guy next to me had to stop my treadmill 🙃😂
