Hoists in the hospital and at home are the same thing 🤣 there is no difference. Only difference is mobile vs ceiling hoist. Also you never slip in a sling. Being hoisted is the safest thing possible

I've never had a patient slip in the sling, if you're slipping you have the wrong equipment or using it incorrectly. also paralysis doesn't respond to PT as can't repair the nerve damage of paralysis
