The LPN does not always mean a return. Depending on what the item is the LPN is applied to track that item when it's revived from the vendor and put in stow because of its value. (former Amazon)

I used to work at the Amazon return center and everything she is saying is correct. That is an Amazon provided polybag and LPN is what we used to process returns. (1)

Sometimes those that get out in a bag with green Amazon just means package or tag was damaged. Doesn’t always mean used.

Not always the case I worked at Amazon and those packages or labels are cause the product was “damaged “ from the original packages so they get repacked and labeled

not everything!! our fc got a damaged pallet with brand new towels the packages we're damaged. just had to reseal them new labels. they were nothing wrong with them.

I got an LPN last month. It was "New Item" when I ordered it-paid regular price for it. I received the delivery, pocked up the package from my porch immediately got a wiff of 💩 ...Carefully opened it up and then really smelled it. It was used, and the shorts were soiled in 💩 but the LPN department jist packed it back up and sent it out. I flipped on Amazon. they expected me to repack it and send it back. I refused, I stood my ground and got my money back, no return of the toxic clothes and they gave me a credit on my card for 3 months of Amazon prime. Which I accepted the credit and then immediately cancelled my Prime Memebership

That’s not true. If packaging was damaged but the item was still good, I was required to put it in a bag like this and attach a label to send it out.

I buy Amazon returns all the time and never got anything that was used. It states in description if item isn’t in original packaging…

Mine didn’t have that but it was a clearly used keyboard missing charger. Ordered again and AGAIN a used keyboard but this time with charger. $59 is too much for used stuff I have to go return!

I almost always return items sent to me that have been returned especially if it looks used. I got a returned lip balm once. I returned it immediately.

This week I literally bought spiked gunite shoes for epoxy projects that came with dried epoxy all over the spikes and Velcro… paid for a “new” item 🙄

Good to know, husband bought a hydration pack for our trip to Alaska. He didn’t inspect it beforehand since it had the tags on it. On trip opened the water bladder and mold was in it, so gross.

grocery stores do the same thing btw, i returned some frozen food because it was rotten (their freezers broke) and they put it back on the shelves
