I wouldn’t touch antidepressants if u paid me , it’s like putting a sticking plaster over the problem, get too the root of ur problems and u won’t need antidepressants

So, I started eating fermented foods, never took any prescription drugs since refused antibiotics in the 1980's. Turns out that a healthy gut does indeed make a person very happy. 😂🥰😁
