Too much estrogen can cause hormonal unbalance, you need to increase progesterone which is the hormone balancer, i used to drink too much fenugreek and i have endometriosis now

I tried and unfortunately it made me stink, I stopped. Tried an again once a week and the sane stink.i threw it away 🥲 can’t be smelling like that.

don't take fenugreek when you are healing from any surgery, such as caesaran section, it makes you bleeding heavier. check any journal before you consume specific herbs

in Algeria we eat it to gain weight. as a very slim person my mother and grandmother always told me to eat it but i refuse because it makes you smell very bad
