What kind of brain bleed? If parenchymal hemorrhage, nothing could’ve been done. if subdural/epidural or ventricular, then you have a good case. Good luck 🍀

Criminal case aside, premature child would have undergone head ultrasound(s) while in NICU as routine order 2rule out any brain bleeds. Likelihood of spontaneous bleed after discharge from NICU rare.

I’m not even slightly surprised. I fought for two weeks for my baby and when they finally got him to the specialist he had to call the hospital and tell them to prepare for emergency surgery.
