This Glazed salmon bowl couldn’t be easier to make and it’s super tasty. This was 540 calorie and 32g of protein including the broccoli and sriracha mayo. Ingredients: - 60g basmati rice (dry) - 1 salmon filet (101g) - 100g brocoli Sauce: - 20g soy sauce - 10g honey - 5g rice vinegar - 3g sesame oil - 2 garlic cloves Sriracha mayo: - 15g light mayo - 7g sriracha Start by putting your rice on first as this takes the longest. Chop your salmon into bite size chunks, season them and add a touch of lemon juice. Mix that up and then put it in the air fryer skin side down. Spray with some oil and air fry for 7 mins at 200 or until cooked and starting to go crispy on the outside. To make the glaze add the ingredients in the caption and then once that’s starting to bubble you can add in your cooked salmon. Let that coat the salmon for a minute. Then add your portion of rice to the bowl along with any veg of your choice and the salmon, along with that delicious glaze. Finish off the bowl with some low calorie sriracha mayo and enjoy!
