Regence is a BCBS company, but you probably have different coverage. To say BC is not the same as Regence makes no sense. They are DIFFERENT COMPANIES. Their is no such thing as "BC" company.

Regence sucks! My mom had them while she was getting diagnosed with a rare form of asthma, it was rough. She also had Blue Cross right before (we’re in WA). Sorry you’re going through this too!!

BCBS and Regence are both BCBS companies. BCBS are INDIVIDUALLY owned and Operated. You just have different coverage under the new policy and a different claims admin database.
