Come on bro you can’t come off the top of a Plenum. You have to build up static pressure before it distributes in the ducks.

Never thought about a drill bit to start the hole I just hit the plenum with the corner of my hammer and I got all 4 ready to cut😭

Do you ever have issues using those recessed end caps? I just had a furnace changout the other day had to add 1” filter rack but I had issues getting the filter rack low enough for the furnace

Don’t forget plastic washer over your insulation cause the tape will peel off in years
