Ask your derm to switch your antibiotics if you can’t tolerate doxycycline 🙂 not worth the hassle if it makes you sick every time you take it.

if you're on an antibiotic you also need a probiotic! you don't need anything fancy, either. grab one from Walmart. it'll help!

Take the Doxycycline at night before bed and make sure you’ve had no dairy. It works sooo much better! 😊
