well... to jail yes. they get to be separated from the other inmates, and the perp gets the suit and eats the crap food. i would assume theyd not be kept in jail for long and the other will take the short term L on having to be there. i would anticipate the perp is given a sort of "house arrest", under constant supervision and restrained when the other goes out in public. 🤷🏼♀️something like that 😂
